Black vinyl version limited to 200 copies Gatefold cover Sweat A River, Live No Lies... was originally a self-released 1991 cassette demo from Far's formative days, now available on vinyl for the first time. This material represents a raw, gritty snapshot of Far before they refined the polished, heavy alt-rock sound found on their seminal 1998 album Water & Solutions. The tracks are loose, aggressive, and lean heavily into the DIY punk aesthetic of the early '90s. This album is an essential historical document rather than a casual listen. It showcases early vocal and lyrical configurations by Jonah Matranga and driving guitar work by Shaun Lopez that would later influence a massive wave of late-'90s and 2000s emo and alternative bands.
