Featuring the trumpeter at the helm of the Jazz Messengers line-up with Hank Mobley, Horace Silver, Doug Watkins and Art Blakey, plus trumpeter Joe Gordon on several tracks. This mono Blue Note Tone Poet Series is produced by Joe Harley, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original analog master tapes, pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI and packaged in a deluxe gatefold tip-on jacket. |
