After the great albums "IV" (2009) and "Rugged Road" (2011) the Aggrolites concentrated on several side-projects. So this unique 7" with 2 exclusive songs, recorded just for this 7", is their first studio work in 5 years. The Aggrolites could be very happy, retire and die in peace. What else is there to come after one of the greatest showed em his respect? "Its just unbelievable, that there is a young, american band, that plays the Reggae-Sound of the late 60s exactly like it sounded and like it is supposed to sound", Ska-Legend Prince Buster said. It's well understood he is one of the idols of the band and played several shows with the band in the meantime. Luckily the band didn't retire, cause both songs on this piece of wax are real dancefloor-reggae-rockers.

The Bayonets is a 3-piece independent Rock'n'Roll / Powerpop band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed by Brian Ray an Oliver Leiber in 2011. Brian Ray is best known for being the long time first guitarist of Paul McCartney. He also played 14 years and released several albums with Etta James. So he got soul. Soon Gibson will release a Brian Ray signature SG guitar. Oliver Leiber is a songwriter / producer and has been on the radio for almost 30 years. He has been writing for Rod Stewart and many others. He is the son of Jerry Leiber of Leiber and Stoller, who wrote the songbook of Rock & Roll with songs including "Hound Dog", "Jailhouse Rock", "Poison Ivy" or "Stand by Me". Also involved have been Scott Shriner (Weezer), Davey Faragher (Elvis Costello), Adam MacDougall (Black Crowes), Larry Taylor (Tom Waits) and Steven Tyler (Aerosmith). Purple vinyl, limited to 500 copies.

2017 marks the 24th Anniversary of Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's remarkable arrival onto the music scene. In it's first years, having secured their legendary residency at the Derby nightclub in Los Angeles, they reminded the world-in the middle of the grunge era, no less-that it was still cool to swing, big band style. Finally Big Bad Voodoo Daddy's fantastic Debut is available on vinyl. Fans had to wait a long time. After all these years (the album originally was released in 1994) it still feels great to listen to songs like !13 Women", "Cruel Spell" or "Machine Gun". Big Bad Voodoo Daddy was founded in 1989 by Frontman Scotty Morris. The band's name comes from Blues Legend Albert Collins who once signed a poster to Scotty with "for Scotty, the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy!". The band developed their own style of Swing, inspired by the music of the 40s and 50s. Purple vinyl, limited to 500 copies.

Founded in Austin, Texas, the band were soon popular and amongst their fans they soon counted big names such as Ian Astbury (The Cult) and Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails).
